Logistics Supervisor (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily logistics, warehouse, transportation, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, routes, carriers, and material transfers.
• Organize warehouse operations, labeling, shipments, and logistics workflows.
• Track operational metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support three-way matching.
• Lead and train warehouse SAP activities while coaching logistics personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar logistics role.
• Strong SAP experience and proficiency with logistics applications, ERP, databases, and inventory systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, decision-making, multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with root cause analysis and the 5 Whys methodology.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or engineering.
