What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including warehouse management, order fulfillment, and RMA processes.
• Develop, review, and improve logistics policies and procedures to increase operational efficiency.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and provide operational reporting to support decision-making.
• Supervise, train, and develop logistics personnel to ensure operational flexibility.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Purchasing, and Product Controls teams to coordinate activities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to logistics workflows and organizational structures.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ashburn, Virginia
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing logistics operations (warehouse, order fulfillment, RMA).
• Experience using ERP and inventory management systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and travel up to 10% to regional offices or vendor sites.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
