What you will do

• Lead and develop the material control and logistics team members.
• Manage inventory levels, material planning, and supply chain activities to ensure production availability.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, warehousing, transportation, and interplant logistics.
• Monitor KPIs, including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and logistics costs.
• Support product launches, phase-outs, and supply chain improvement initiatives.
• Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, material control, or supply chain management.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, material planning, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Duncan, US.

Nice to have

• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP).
• Experience in automotive JIT/JIS manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of SAP or other logistics management systems.
