What you will do

• Lead daily inbound receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and outbound logistics operations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report Logistics KPI metrics to ensure on-time delivery for internal and external customers.
• Develop and implement logistics systems, standardized work procedures, and training programs.
• Coach, train, and evaluate logistics team members while managing staffing and shift planning.
• Identify and implement process, equipment, and system improvements to meet performance targets.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, health, environmental regulations, and customer-required processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing logistics experience in warehousing, material flow, or shipping/receiving.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Duncan, SC.

Nice to have

• Automotive manufacturing experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with Just-in-Time (JIT) automotive supply chain operations.
