What you will do

• Facilitate and automate material flow between international hirify.global locations and the Suffolk operation.
• Track inventory trends for the Napoleon plant and identify reduction opportunities.
• Build templates to automate inventory reporting and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning processes.
• Identify relevant SAP standard reports and help optimize their use.
• Track plant material and delivery issues and participate in daily and production meetings.
• Analyze freight spending and opportunities to shift from premium to standard shipping.

Requirements

• At least two years of coursework completed toward a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and use Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining confidentiality and business ethics.
