Salary: $160,000–$230,000 base salary, plus equity.

What you will do

• Turn research and product work into narratives, threads, videos, live demos, and launches for technical audiences.
• Build and operate a recognizable company voice on X through posts, replies, quote-posts, and live conversations.
• Help founders and researchers communicate in their own authentic voices.
• Own research launches across X, the technical blog, and video from positioning through follow-up.
• Build relationships with researchers, open-source developers, AI creators, and technical founders.
• Run content and distribution experiments, measure results, and bring community feedback into product and research decisions.

Requirements

• Ability to understand real AI systems, read research papers or launch briefs, and explain technical work accurately.
• Frequent, native participation on X, including replies, quote-posts, and live conversations.
• Strong instincts for hooks, concise communication, video, personality, and distribution.
• Ability to write credibly in the distinctive voices of founders and researchers.
• Bias toward action, ownership of outcomes, and comfort building processes from scratch.
• Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

• An audience on X or a track record of organically growing one through side projects or demos.
• Experience at an AI model or infrastructure company, in developer relations, developer marketing, or growth engineering.
• Technical content experience covering agents, inference, multimodality, coding workflows, or related areas.
• Comfort in front of a camera and ability to produce short technical videos.
