What you will do

• Own the voice, editorial standards, and publishing cadence for developer channels including X and LinkedIn.
• Expand presence into developer-centric platforms such as Reddit, YouTube, Discord, Bluesky, dev.to, and Hacker News.
• Transform engineering releases, changelogs, and postmortems into high-engagement content.
• Build attribution models to connect social publishing with product trials and sign-ups.
• Execute growth experiments and track competitor sentiment to inform product and growth teams.
• Mobilize internal engineers and external advocates to increase organic brand reach.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing an audience from small to large with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Strong writing skills with a distinctive voice tailored specifically for a technical audience.
• Deep understanding of social algorithms, formats, and content pacing.
• Comfort with automation tools and a preference for building workflows over repetitive tasks.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in New York, NY.
