What you will do

• Conceptualize, write, and edit diverse marketing assets including blog posts, ebooks, case studies, and video scripts.
• Build and operate agentic AI workflows to automate content production and surface operational insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to identify content gaps.
• Manage social media channels and support SEO/AEO/GEO optimization efforts.
• Develop content for webinars and speaking sessions in partnership with Lifecycle Marketing.
• Track content performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and effective communication with clinicians and administrators.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Proficiency in AI tools for content creation and optimization.
• Experience writing for the web and managing content in WordPress.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in behavioral health, hospice, or home health sectors.
• Proven experience building AI agents.
