Compensation: $175,000 – $195,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Drive awareness and adoption of hirify.global tools within the global developer community.
• Develop tools, integrations, and bleeding-edge projects to improve the main product's accessibility.
• Create high-impact technical content, including demos, guides, and applications for social media (X, LinkedIn, Twitch).
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to support the launch of new features.
• Build and nurture the community through talks, conferences, hackathons, and active participation in HN, Discord, and GitHub.
• Write comprehensive technical documentation and examples to make software more understandable.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Developer Relations, preferably in AI, B2B, cloud, or developer tools.
• Proven track record of shipping software projects with viral growth and fast adoption.
• Strong end-to-end content creation skills across written, video, and social media platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging, easy-to-understand tutorials and guides.
