What you will do

• Design and maintain a scalable training curriculum for contractors, distributors, and internal sales/customer service teams.
• Develop digital-first content, including instructional videos, quick-tips, and technical guides.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to align training with product launches and field feedback.
• Facilitate live virtual training and targeted in-person hands-on clinics.
• Establish a performance framework to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Create feedback loops to identify knowledge gaps and continuously optimize the curriculum.

Requirements

• Must be based in or work from Bishop Woods, WI.
• Willingness and ability to travel 20-25% as required by business needs.
• 5–8+ years of experience in training or enablement within a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience in designing digital-first learning (video, webinars, on-demand content).
• Experience educating technical channel partners, installers, or contractors.
• Background in water supply, water disposal, HVAC, or plumbing sectors.
