What you will do

• Plan, write, and edit technical training content for Product Board Test (PBT) products and platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and field engineers to gather information and define user requirements.
• Create and publish training materials in SCORM and .MD formats to support LMS and MCP systems.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to augment and optimize the content development process.
• Perform quality assurance checks and user testing to ensure the functionality and usability of materials.
• Review and update existing content to reflect product enhancements and user feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Applications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proven ability to develop clear, concise, and engaging technical content for specialized audiences.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience with training development tools and the application of AI in content creation.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, web, and cloud platforms.
