Location: Must be based in the United States, with a preference for the Tampa, FL area. Role requires 25-50% travel.

Salary: $6,858 - $10,975 per month.

What you will do

• Lead high-impact training sessions to drive measurable performance and behavior change.
• Mentor and coach field trainers to elevate team capability and ensure consistency.
• Build consultative relationships with GMs, RVPs, and HRBPs to identify performance gaps.
• Support and lead high-profile Academy programs at the field and corporate levels.
• Partner with functional leaders to design and refine training programs aligned to business needs.
• Represent Business Learning in key enterprise initiatives and ensure successful rollout.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in field support, sales, or business leadership.
• Subject matter expertise in Waterworks is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and develop others in a field-based environment.
• Advanced facilitation skills and experience partnering with senior business leaders.

Nice to have

• Certifications in learning & development (e.g., ATD, CPTD).
• Experience mentoring or developing other trainers.
