Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Serve as the primary product expert and enablement lead for a portfolio of strategic accounts and partners.
• Design and lead hands-on workshops for high-priority prospects and executive stakeholders.
• Build and scale learning pathways and repeatable programs for Decagon University.
• Develop train-the-trainer sessions and digital learning platforms to scale enablement content.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and PMM teams to ensure program alignment with product evolution.
• Establish and scale partner enablement programs and certifications for agencies and channel partners.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, deployment strategy, or technical product training.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS environments.
• Ability to make complex technical products approachable for diverse audiences.
• Strong customer presence with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco or New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience building enablement programs for partner, channel, or agency audiences.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, agent platforms, or technical deployment work.
• Consulting background with a focus on translating strategy into hands-on execution.
