What you will do

• Design, develop, and continuously improve standardized training programs and curricula to align with business goals.
• Assess learning needs and translate them into structured learning paths and materials.
• Analyze training data and learner feedback to identify gaps and drive measurable improvements.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture technical knowledge and convert it into effective learning experiences.
• Manage LMS-related activities, including enrollments, reporting, and communication of requirements.
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and audit trainer performance to provide coaching and close gaps.

Requirements

• Experience in Learning & Development or training program design within a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content development platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Kanban.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
