What you will do

• Identify, attract, and hire top talent for open positions across the company.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and develop candidate search strategies.
• Implement multi-channel recruitment strategies using LinkedIn Sourcing, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling and logistics coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and stay current with industry recruitment trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Significant experience in recruitment with a specific focus on GTM and technical roles.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and current industry trends.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting top-tier technical talent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience utilizing recruitment software such as Workday.
