Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM/APAC): Scaling revenue-driving organizations across APAC with an accent on full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Sales Engineering. Location: Hybrid (Singapore office 3x a week)

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from intake through offer and close.
- Act as a talent advisor to GTM leadership, providing market mapping and compensation trends.
- Build a "warm bench" of elite GTM talent for high-priority territories and roles.
- Iterate on recruiting processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Business Partners, People Ops, and Hiring Managers for a compliant process.
- Identify and resolve recruiting bottlenecks to maintain hiring velocity and quality.
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or crypto/blockchain environments.
- Experience hiring for GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering) in the APAC region.
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders through trust, data, and sound judgment.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Must be able to work in the Singapore office 3x a week.
