What you will do

• Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance across technical and business roles.
• Design and improve structured interviews, competency-based assessments, scorecards, and feedback loops.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines of passive candidates.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to optimize hiring performance.
• Lead Talent Acquisition initiatives including employer branding, recruiting operations, hiring manager enablement, and recruiting events.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
• Ability to advise Hiring Managers and business leaders on hiring strategy.
• Experience designing structured interviews, competency-based assessments, and scorecards.
• Strong proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment performance and process improvement.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Berlin office.
