What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web and cloud-based applications.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Implement and promote Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices to improve test coverage.
- Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and document defects.
- Continuously improve automation processes, frameworks, and testing tools.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in automated software testing.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Proven experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# for test automation.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave.
