What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end test frameworks from scratch using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Perform automated and API testing for complex applications and scenarios.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Mentor junior team members and advance testing best practices.
• Serve as a technical SME during sprints to prioritize testing efforts and enhance acceptance criteria.
• Present testing plans, metrics, and insights to client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico, El Salvador, or Colombia
• 5-8 years of professional experience in automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Deep expertise in Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and Appium.
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration and environment management.
• Experience presenting technical and business value to client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members.
