What you will do

• Serve as a senior liaison for clients, creators, internal teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Manage daily campaign operations, workflows, timelines, budgets, contracts, and financial reconciliation.
• Lead and mentor team members through training, development, and career pathing.
• Coordinate creator negotiations and contracting with Business Affairs teams, creators, and agents.
• Partner with Measurement, Media, and Analytics teams on campaign wrap reports and ad hoc deliverables.
• Support new business pitches, handle client objections, and act as a trusted escalation point for leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of agency or brand experience, including team management.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills.
• Solid understanding of the creator economy and social media advertising ecosystem.
• Proven success delivering programs and growing accounts for large customers.
• Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people.
• Curious, proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to learning about industry innovations.
