What you will do
- Oversee the end-to-end production and execution of comprehensive paid social media plans aligned with client KPIs.
- Manage a hybrid team of local and Global Hub employees, providing training and quality assurance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring confidence in the agency's social output.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snap, and X.
- Develop tailored testing and learning agendas to drive actionable insights for clients.
- Manage agency finance processes including invoicing and prompt payment.
Requirements
- Proven experience setting up and optimising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, X, Snap, and TikTok.
- Experience planning large-scale paid social campaigns for both brand and direct-response objectives.
- Track record of managing client and external stakeholder relationships.
- Experience line managing, mentoring, and training junior team members.
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

- Training certifications in key platforms (e.g., Meta Blueprint).
- Previous experience in a busy agency environment.
