What you will do

• Assume day-to-day responsibility for the paid social output of major client accounts.
• Oversee and mentor a team of managers, planners, and executives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders as a trusted voice for paid social.
• Plan and activate integrated digital media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and TikTok.
• Compile detailed end-of-campaign reports and present findings during QBRs and annual reviews.

Requirements

• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across key platforms.
• Proven track record of planning large-scale campaigns for both brand and direct-response objectives.
• Experience in line management, training, and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong communication and project management skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Must be based in London, UK to support the hybrid office model.
