Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Universal City, CA (minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead the strategy for audience growth and revenue maximization across YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of conflict-driven daytime talk shows to drive engagement and monetization.
• Oversee a team of Associate Content Producers to achieve AVOD commercial goals.
• Perform macro analysis of AVOD data using YouTube analytics and Power BI to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with sales teams to pitch direct ad-sales campaigns.
• Ensure all channels adhere to brand requirements and platform best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, media, or a related field.
• 10+ years of YouTube channel management experience with YouTube certification.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of three or more employees.
• Expertise in social media optimization (SMO), SEO, and YouTube Content ID.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Airtable, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be based in Universal City, CA and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
