Salary: $90,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Act as the primary Compensation & Benefits partner for the US business, providing expert advice on hiring, promotions, and pay decisions.
• Lead annual reward activities, including salary reviews, incentive planning, and benefits enrolment.
• Own and enhance US compensation and benefits programmes using market intelligence and employee feedback.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of US benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with US regulations including ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and People teams to balance local US market needs with global reward philosophy.

Requirements

• Significant experience in US compensation and benefits, ideally within a multinational organisation.
• Deep knowledge of US benefits legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical capability and experience using reward and market data for decision making.
• Must be based in the US to support the hybrid office requirement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
