What you will do

  • Build and launch global total rewards programs, including vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company growth.
  • Implement competitive, equitable compensation structures including pay and equity across regions.
  • Design comprehensive benefits packages covering health, wellness, retirement, and perks for diverse employee needs.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to keep offerings competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and tax requirements globally.
  • Collaborate with People, Finance, and leadership on strategies and budgets; communicate programs transparently.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in total rewards, building and scaling functions at fast-growing tech companies.
  • Experience designing total rewards for global, distributed workforces across multiple regions.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in HRIS systems, and compensation benchmarking tools.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation philosophies, benefits regulations, and tech industry best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s or certifications preferred.
  • Strategic mindset aligned with innovation, collaboration, and integrity.
