What you will do

• Support global job architecture, leveling, and market pricing to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Assist with annual compensation planning, budget modeling, and Workday cycle reporting.
• Administer health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs across multiple global regions.
• Coordinate global mobility cases, including immigration, relocations, and cross-border arrangements.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract tracking, invoice review, and performance reporting.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to provide data and practical support for business-specific reward needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations, or HR analytics.
• Advanced Excel capability, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic modeling.
• Experience working with HRIS, with Workday experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.
