Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist (Robotics)

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, local fire codes, and other applicable regulations.
• Lead investigations into workplace injuries and near misses to identify root causes and develop preventive actions.
• Design and deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Manage waste disposal, hazardous material handling, and coordinate emergency response drills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, robotics, warehousing, or logistics.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS management systems.
• Proven experience in conducting incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EHS reporting tools.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications: OSHA 30-Hour, ASP, CSP, or CHMM.
• Experience with contractor safety management.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations.
