What you will do

• Establish and maintain site-wide environmental, health, and safety programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, FDEP, and company requirements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and hazard assessments, and track corrective actions through completion.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, trend reporting, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Manage environmental permitting, regulatory reporting, recordkeeping, and agency communications.
• Develop EHS training strategies, compliance matrices, and role-based learning programs.
• Direct emergency response preparedness, drills, Emergency Response Team programs, and incident command activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational safety, engineering, industrial hygiene, environmental engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or similar industrial environments.
• At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in an EHS function.
• Experience managing ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, FDEP, environmental permitting, compliance reporting, hazardous materials management, and regulated waste programs.
• Effective written and spoken English communication is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• CSP, CIH, ASP, CHMM, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Experience leading EHS initiatives in printing or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
