What you will do

• Establish and maintain site-wide EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and FDEP requirements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and hazard assessments while tracking corrective actions.
• Facilitate incident investigations and root cause analyses to identify and mitigate risk.
• Lead environmental compliance efforts, including permitting, reporting, and agency communications.
• Develop and manage EHS training strategies and role-based learning programs.
• Direct emergency response preparedness and incident command activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, printing, or industrial environments.
• At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in an EHS function.
• Demonstrated experience managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, FDEP, and hazardous materials management.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lakeland, Florida; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Certifications: CSP, CIH, ASP, or CHMM.
• ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Experience leading EHS initiatives within printing or highly regulated manufacturing.
