Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York City, NY (2 days per week in office)

Salary: $165,400 - $295,600 USD

What you will do

• Lead the annual strategy, budget, and quarterly forecast processes for a division with $1.3B in annual revenue.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Divisional CEO and CFO to drive functional ownership and accountability.
• Develop financial and operational reporting models and present results to the Executive Board.
• Define and track key business performance metrics (KPIs) to identify growth and operational excellence opportunities.
• Create investment business cases and ensure governance tracking for financial and operational commitments.
• Manage and lead the FCC Data & Analytics, Partnerships, and Operational Excellence finance functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance and business operations roles.
• At least 10 years of experience in leadership positions managing professional direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and business performance modeling.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Executives and Senior Leaders.
• Expert proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and business systems (Tagetik, PowerBI).

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree (MBA) with an emphasis in accounting or finance.
