Salary: $147,200 - $216,000

What you will do

• Lead annual planning and forecasting for GTM, relentlessly pressure-testing ROI and turning strategy into executable resource plans.
• Build and manage dynamic financial models for sales capacity, new markets, pricing, M&A, and investment trade-offs.
• Partner with GTM leadership in monthly budget reviews to identify improvement opportunities and investment shifts.
• Own end-to-end sales reporting and partner with Rev Ops to deliver the strategic "why" behind the numbers.
• Collaborate with the executive team on board and investor materials and scenario planning.
• Support the CFO in meetings with external stakeholders and track the competitive and market landscape.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting, ideally within a GTM organization.
• Fluency in SaaS financial concepts including financial statements, accruals, COGs, CAC, LTV, and Magic Number.
• Hands-on experience with financial tools like Pigment and exceptional Excel skills.
• Track record of building models and reporting from scratch in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to translate dense analysis into clear narratives for senior executive decision-making.
• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
