Salary: $135,000 - $170,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead and develop an FP&A team overseeing end-to-end forecasting and reporting for over $1.5 billion in international film revenue.
• Translate complex financial data into executive-level insights and track critical KPIs to support senior leadership.
• Drive strategic decision-making by leading ad hoc analyses and special projects that unlock growth opportunities.
• Manage financial relationships with Distribution Sales and Film Studio executives from Universal Pictures, Focus Features, and DreamWorks.
• Create high-impact executive presentations communicating financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and financial transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• 7+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to manipulate high volumes of data.
• Must be based in or able to work from Universal City, CA on a hybrid schedule (4+ days in office).
