What you will do

• Own merchant partnership and account strategies for selected strategic retail accounts across CEMEA.
• Develop new business, commercial proposals, business cases, monetization models, and negotiation strategies.
• Lead executive-level pitches, workshops, RFP responses, and strategic regional or global merchant engagements.
• Identify, document, and replicate successful retail use cases, templates, benchmarks, and frameworks across markets.
• Analyze retail economics, payment flows, industry trends, and strategic opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with product, consulting, analytics, finance, marketing, risk, innovation, issuer relationship, and customer support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA is preferred.
• Proven B2B sales experience, including business negotiations and delivery of commercial results in the retail industry.
• Extensive experience with payment products, including credit cards and prepaid products, plus portfolio P&L expertise.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, including client C-level executives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex, cross-functional, matrix environment.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools and agents.
