Account Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Develop enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 companies, listed companies, and state-owned enterprises.
• Identify customer needs, execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and drive customer acquisition.
• Design integrated logistics and supply chain solutions and lead commercial negotiations, contract signing, and project implementation.
• Identify new business opportunities, manage customer projects and daily account operations, and drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Business teams across procurement, fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales processes.
• Manage receivables, provide after-sales support, and strengthen customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, key account development, or customer management.
• Experience developing enterprise customers, conducting commercial negotiations, and independently driving customer acquisition and project implementation.
• Strong market insight, customer needs analysis, solution design, communication, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
• Results-oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel for business development.
