Focus on coordinating end-to-end client journeys including KYC and system enablement to ensure scalable launch for digital assets.

Location: Hybrid (Birmingham or Edinburgh); must spend at least two days per week (40% of time) at an office site

What you will do

• Lead the design and establishment of a dedicated onboarding and servicing function for the digital wallet and portal proposition.
• Define and implement an operating model that delivers seamless onboarding and ongoing servicing for digital asset clients.
• Coordinate the end-to-end client readiness journey, including KYC, CBO set-up, and system enablement.
• Establish robust processes, governance, controls, and service standards across all involved teams.
• Build and develop a high-performing, client-focused team with expertise in emerging digital asset technologies.
• Partner with product, technology, risk, and compliance teams to ensure successful delivery and launch readiness.

Requirements

• Significant experience (typically 8+ years) leading and developing teams within banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to design and implement operating models and controls within regulated environments.
• Strong commitment to developing expertise in digital assets, including tokenized deposits and stablecoins.
• Track record of influencing complex organizations and building partnerships across diverse functions.
• Strong commercial and strategic awareness to translate propositions into scalable delivery models.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for engaging senior leaders in high-profile programs.
