What you will do
- Own the global banking product portfolio strategy, vision, roadmap, and investment priorities.
- Lead product strategy across Core Banking, Cash Management, Payments, and Digital Banking.
- Manage portfolio lifecycle decisions, business cases, pricing, profitability, KPIs, and revenue growth.
- Identify market opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships, innovation initiatives, and new market entry strategies.
- Lead executive-level workshops and advise banking leaders on modernization, digital transformation, AI adoption, and core banking.
- Build and lead a high-performing global product management and engineering organization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience in banking technology, financial services software, core banking, payments, or fintech.
- Experience owning and scaling large enterprise banking product portfolios with significant revenue and P&L responsibility.
- Strong background working with global banks and financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of banking transformation programs and regulatory environments.
- Experience translating market trends into product strategy, commercial success, and international growth.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and global cross-functional leadership skills.
