What you will do
- Own the global Banking Product Portfolio strategy and long-term vision across Core Banking, Payments, and Digital Banking solutions.
- Govern the portfolio lifecycle, including investment decisions, pricing strategies, and full P&L responsibility.
- Identify new market opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships to accelerate business growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level banking executives on digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption.
- Partner with Sales and GTM teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue realization.
- Build and lead a high-performing global Product Management and engineering organization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience in Banking Technology, FinTech, or Core Banking.
- Proven track record of owning and scaling large, enterprise banking product portfolios with significant revenue responsibility.
- Strong background working with global banks and financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of banking transformation programs and regulatory environments.
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management and alignment.
