What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of onboarding journeys across Credit and Banking for new and existing customers.
• Map full user journeys, including unhappy paths and drop-off points, to optimize for efficiency.
• Conduct discovery and competitor research to identify onboarding improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to balance UX with system architecture and compliance.
• Develop long-term platform capabilities by building reusable and configurable components.
• Use data and customer insights to prioritize the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management with a focus on customer onboarding flows or UX/flow design.
• Proficiency in working across both front-end user experience and back-end system architecture.
• Knowledge of financial services compliance concepts such as KYC, KYB, and IDV.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to communicate direction to stakeholders.
