What you will do

• Lead discovery and solution design for digital asset products including custody, tokenisation, and settlement.
• Facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders and external clients to translate requirements into actionable specifications.
• Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Design end-to-end digital asset workflows covering token issuance, lifecycle events, and client reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure alignment with MiCA, DLT Pilot Regime, and CSDR.
• Define and track key success metrics to drive product iteration and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris or London
• Approximately ten years of relevant experience in product management within fintech, capital markets, or digital assets.
• Proven experience taking products from concept through launch in regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of digital assets, tokenisation, custody, and DLT workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with APIs and integration-heavy B2B or institutional products.
• Fluency in English is required

Nice to have

• Experience at a crypto-native exchange, digital asset custodian, or tokenisation platform.
• Working knowledge of token standards (ERC20, ERC3643) and DLT architecture (Canton, Hyperledger).
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
