What you will do

• Define and own the SMB Premium & Loyalty strategy for Europe, aligning with global product priorities.
• Design and evolve scalable premium propositions for fintechs, traditional issuers, and emerging segments.
• Lead the SMB Benefits capability, managing the sourcing and onboarding of benefits partners.
• Drive solutioning for the most strategic and complex SMB client deals, engaging directly with C-level stakeholders.
• Develop and execute the SMB Premium Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across Europe.
• Enable sales teams through structured training, playbooks, and high-quality client materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in London to comply with the hybrid working policy.
• Deep experience in payments, financial services, or fintech, specializing in premium card products and loyalty.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial strategies with measurable impact.
• Extensive experience leading high-value client engagements at the executive level.
• Strong background in proposition development and scaling offerings across multiple markets.
• English: C1 (Fluency) required.
