What you will do

• Manage daily employee experience and workplace operations at the Montreal headquarters, including facilities and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with IT, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
• Develop People Operations reporting and dashboards to transform employee feedback and operational data into actionable trends.
• Implement AI-driven automation using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, or n8n to reduce administrative friction.
• Plan engagement activities and social events to strengthen connections within the Montreal office.
• Serve as the primary People Operations point of contact for Montreal-based employees and local suppliers.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Québécois French and professional fluency in English.
• 3-5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Workplace Operations.
• Analytical mindset capable of using data (attrition, engagement metrics) to shape decisions.
• Genuine curiosity and interest in applying AI and automation tools to HR workflows.
• Strong relationship-building skills across various internal departments.
• Must be located in Montreal for hybrid work requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Experience supporting hybrid or globally distributed teams.
