What you will do

• Define and execute the global HR Operations strategy aligned with business priorities to support a growing global workforce.
• Own the HR technology roadmap, including HRIS, automation, and the adoption of AI to enhance efficiency.
• Lead global employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, internal mobility, immigration, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliant HR operations globally through strong partnerships with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and IT.
• Maintain audit readiness, operational controls, and oversight of HR data and transactions.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing global HR Operations team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years leading global HR Operations, HRIS, or shared services in complex multinational organizations.
• Proven success building and scaling global HR operating models in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in global HR compliance, governance, workforce administration, and data privacy.
• Demonstrated experience leading HR technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience in technology, software, deep tech, or other high-growth global organizations.
