What you will do

• Own HR Operations for North America across the employee lifecycle while partnering on global initiatives.
• Lead operational excellence in compliance, documentation, employee changes, and service delivery.
• Improve core HR systems and workflows with a focus on scale, usability, and reliability.
• Introduce practical uses of AI and agentic workflows to reduce manual work and improve speed.
• Manage and develop junior team members to ensure accountability and strong execution.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, and IT to streamline business processes.

Requirements

• 9+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR systems.
• Proven experience in technology evaluation, HRIS implementation, and large-scale policy design.
• Prior people management experience with a focus on coaching and developing junior staff.
• Strong systems orientation with expertise in workflow tools, reporting, and process design.
• Experience supporting company growth, M&A integration, or organizational transition.
• Ability to move fluidly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

• Experience in an AI-focused or highly innovative high-growth environment.
• Prior experience in an HR Business Partner or similar employee-facing role.
• Demonstrated success in redesigning workflows using AI or agentic solutions.
