What you will do

• Advise CFOs, finance executives, and business leaders on finance transformation strategies and operating model evolution.
• Develop enterprise transformation visions, roadmaps, business cases, and value realization plans.
• Design and implement target operating models across FP&A, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, and financial controls.
• Lead ERP-enabled modernization programs using SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.
• Establish transformation offices, PMOs, governance structures, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Develop client opportunities, support proposals and executive presentations, and coach multidisciplinary consultants and managers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading finance, operating model, and enterprise transformation initiatives in consulting or industry.
• Deep expertise in finance functions, shared services, finance operating models, and transformation strategies.
• Experience developing target operating models, business cases, governance structures, and measurable value realization plans.
• Experience leading ERP-enabled finance modernization, ideally including SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong consulting background with experience advising executives, facilitating complex decisions, and building trusted client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.

• Experience with Oracle, Workday, AI-enabled finance capabilities, and generative AI.
