What you will do

• Lead change strategy and execution for transformation workstreams.
• Run change impact assessments and translate them into AI-optimized adoption plans.
• Design and facilitate workshops for leadership and impacted teams.
• Create executive-ready communications, narratives, and transformation roadmaps.
• Establish change adoption KPIs, track progress, and drive corrective actions.
• Coach junior team members and maintain delivery quality standards.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
• Must be based in one of the listed US cities.
• Strong AI literacy, including Generative AI concepts applied to enterprise transformation.
• Fluency with OCM frameworks and agentic workflows.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to tie change activities to adoption metrics and outcomes.
