What you will do

• Lead cross-functional supply chain transformation engagements across planning, IBP, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Define and prioritize AI/GenAI use cases with quantified value tied to executive priorities.
• Drive revenue generation via go-to-market strategies, deal closure, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Design target operating models integrating data, analytics, automation, and human decision rights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to VP and C-suite stakeholders, leading executive workshops.
• Mentor and lead a team, overseeing staffing, development, and delivery quality.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain transformation.
• 7+ years in consulting/advisory leading multi-workstream programs.
• Proven track record in business development, pipeline creation, and revenue delivery.
• Experience designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions across the supply chain ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel based on client and engagement needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with major planning/AI platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, Ariba, or Coupa.
• Knowledge of AI governance, including EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF.
• Contributions to thought leadership, asset development, or capability building within a consulting practice.
