Location: Must be based in the United States (Bellevue, San Francisco, Dallas, Chicago, New York, Seattle, or Atlanta).

Salary: $169,875 - $319,050

What you will do

• Sell and deliver large-scale, complex OCM transition and transformation programs across diverse industries.
• Define and implement integrated change management strategies aligned with overarching business goals.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, change readiness activities, and adoption measurement frameworks.
• Design and lead leadership engagement initiatives, including executive alignment and communication strategies.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams across multiple grades and geographies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in change management, transformation leadership, or organizational design.
• Proven success leading OCM projects related to outsourcing, M&A, and Agile POD delivery.
• Experience leading multi-country OCM programs, including global operating model support and service desk implementations.
• Deep knowledge of change and transformation frameworks, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and ITSM processes.
• Proven experience working directly with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
