What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client projects to deliver AI-powered manufacturing improvements.
• Design and plan modern MES and next-generation digital manufacturing solutions.
• Define IT/OT integration strategies using industry standards like ISA-95 and ISA-88.
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations for factory platforms.
• Mentor teams and promote AI literacy to drive scalable delivery.
• Develop proposals and RFPs highlighting AI benefits and business impact.

Requirements

• 8 - 15 years of experience in digital manufacturing consulting.
• Strong expertise in MES, SCADA, and automation platform implementation.
• Proven experience in executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Solid AI literacy, including generative AI concepts and their application in manufacturing.
• Experience in team leadership, project planning, and delivery governance.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, GMP, LIMS, or EBR.
• Familiarity with manufacturing data standards (OPC-UA, MQTT, Kafka).
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and edge computing.
• Agile/Scrum certification.
