Enterprise Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Hoover, Alabama; additional positions available in Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia

Salary: $123,205–$155,430 USD annually, with eligibility for a Long Term Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Lead large, complex technology and business projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, dependencies, and implementation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, vendors, architecture, security, infrastructure, development, and risk.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, governance reviews, stage gates, executive reporting, and audit documentation.
• Oversee testing, implementation, change management, training, and transition to operational support.
• Mentor project managers and team members while improving delivery processes, governance, reporting, and project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, computer science, information technology, management information systems, or a related field plus six years of project management experience; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED plus ten years of experience.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Experience managing technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, risk management, and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies, plus project portfolio tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or Visio.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or another relevant certification.
• Banking or financial services experience.
• Experience with infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, enterprise technology, regulatory, or governance-driven initiatives.
