Project Manager - Enterprise Growth

Location: Based in Deerfield, Illinois, United States; travel required based on project and business needs. The role supports enterprise growth initiatives across the United States and Canada.

Estimated base salary: $116,000–$145,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead commercial, operational, transformation, and enterprise-wide projects from approved charter through launch, stabilization, value realization, and handoff.
• Develop project plans covering scope, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, success measures, and benefits.
• Facilitate governance activities, steering committees, executive updates, decision forums, and cross-functional workstream reviews.
• Translate strategic opportunities into business cases and actionable project charters that improve revenue, profitability, customer experience, productivity, and scalability.
• Redesign business processes, workflows, governance models, and operating procedures while leading change management, training, communication, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
• Track KPIs and post-launch performance, close adoption gaps, and optimize outcomes using project management, collaboration, reporting, and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, information systems, analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex commercial, operational, transformation, or enterprise-wide projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, departments, and competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of traditional, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience developing business cases, defining benefits, measuring value realization, and improving processes within complex organizations.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in operations, customer care, supply chain, demand planning, finance, commercial, or business strategy initiatives.
• Experience with growth, customer experience, productivity, cost optimization, margin improvement, digital transformation, enterprise systems, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled technologies.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and change management practices.
