Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 USD annual, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of product and business initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Track priorities, deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, action items, and project risks.
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, presentations, and materials for leadership meetings and business reviews.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly updates by gathering input from internal teams and partner organizations.
• Organize project plans, meeting cadences, documentation, agendas, notes, and follow-up activities.
• Support issue resolution and the RFP process with Sales and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in project management or a related discipline, with continued development of higher-level skills.
• Understanding of company processes, products, customers, business drivers, and related procedures.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using standard procedures, technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
• Ability to analyze information, explain complex topics clearly, and work with moderate guidance.
• Ability to provide informal guidance to new team members; no supervisory responsibilities are required.
