Technical Project Manager

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States (Hybrid)

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead technical projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition.
• Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Coordinate engineering, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and application development teams.
• Manage solution design, system implementations, migrations, and technology deployments.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, executive reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
• Track risks, issues, scope changes, project metrics, governance requirements, and delivery documentation.

Requirements

• Top Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading technology-focused initiatives.
• Experience managing software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology projects.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading cloud transformation, cybersecurity, data platform, ERP, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in large enterprise or matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and IT governance.
• Experience supporting PMO, portfolio management, vendor, consultant, and implementation partner activities.
